I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were a pleasant surprise, elegant, and offered a good selection of fresh fruit. Despite being a bit noisy, they were spacious enough for our needs, and the modern bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist and provide fantastic recommendations. The location was superb, close to Siena's stunning medieval center, especially convenient for travelers with vehicles. The dining experience, though delicious, could have had more variety. Overall, a great value for the money!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was a bit chilly during the night and the noise from the busy street was a downside, even though the bed was comfortable. However, the service was friendly and helpful, although it tended to be a bit distant at times. The location was perfect, right next to San Domenico, offering a good ambiance and decor but being in a restricted driving zone could be inconvenient. My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a nice view overlooking the football stadium, although the lack of town knowledge from the friendly staff was a bit of a drawback.
